En el hecho intervino el Juzgado Federal N° 2, a cargo de Zunilda Niremperger, quien ordenó que se labren las actuaciones, el secuestro de las mercaderías en cuestión y celular del responsable, quien continuó en libertad pero deberá presentarse ante dicho magistrado este lunes para prestar declaración al respecto.
