Dirigentes sociales y sindicalistas, en contra del protocolo “antipiquetes”

Tras conocerse el proyecto de ley del gobierno provincial que propone un protocolo de actuación de la policía en manifestaciones públicas, varias voces se alzaron en contra de esta iniciativa parlamentaria.

Los dirigentes sociales, Emerenciano Sena y Alberto “Tito” López, y el secretario general de ATE Chaco, Mario Bustamante, cuestionaron en duros términos esta iniciativa que, según advirtieron, criminalizará aún más la protesta social en la provincia.

“Acá la solución no es pegar, reprimir y encarcelar al que pida que se cumpla con sus derechos”, dijo el referente del MTD Emerenciano en declaraciones a CIUDAD TV. “La solución acá es meter en la cárcel a los presidentes de los partidos que hicieron una campaña electoral prometiendo algo y luego no cumplieron. Y para tapar su incompetencia, se van en contra del más pobre, porque el más pobre sale a reclamar un derecho que ellos dejan vacío. Es el Estado que deja vacío esto. Los pobres son víctimas de los gobiernos, los goberandores y los políticos ineptos”, afirmó.

“Nosotros no cortamos las calles porque nos gusta. Cortamos porque hay necesidades”, dijo por su parte el dirigente del MTD 17 de Julio, Tito López. López adelantó en esta línea que “si nos merecemos ir presos, entonces van a tener que hacer más cárceles porque no vamos a dejar que nuestros compañeros mueran de necesidades en las casas”.

López remarcó en este sentido que el proyecto del gobierno “no es para los piqueteros es para toda la gente que se manifieste”. “Los que se robaron todo son responsables de que haya piquetes”, sostuvo y advirtió: “No nos va a frenar una ley porque la necesidad existe”.

Mario Bustamante, de ATE, afirmó en radio Libertad que “estamos más que preocupados porque además del ajuste que estamos viviendo día a día, estamos legislando sobre las medidas represivas”.

“Nosotros en ATE hace poco más de un mes tuvimos una situación terrible en el Ministerio de Educación, por lo cual todavía no hay responsables”, recordó. Según dijo, como se actúa de oficio, es “perfectamente legal que fajen a compañeras o le peguen a otros empleados”.

Toda la política que se está aplicando es una política de ajuste. “Hace meses atrás Horacio Rey y su banda de asaltantes se estaba llevando millones de pesos pero ahora que él está preso tampoco aparece la plata. La deuda enorme en dólares que tiene la provincia plantea un panorama grave y saben que nos vamos a salir a quejar. El protocolo Garré fijaba algunas cuestiones a los que la provincia adhirió y ahora quieren desadherir”, sostuvo.
