Ingeniero egresado de UTN Resistencia, distinguido entre los mejores graduados del país

Mauro Nicolás Farías Guizelis, ingeniero electromecánico graduado de la Facultad Regional Resistencia de UTN, fue reconocido por el Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Mecánica y Electricista (Copime) como uno de los mejores egresados del país en esta rama ingenieril en 2017.

El joven ingeniero es oriundo de la capital chaqueña y egresó de UTN con un promedio de 8,10. Actualmente reside en Buenos Aires, donde se desempeña profesionalmente en una empresa dedicada a desarrollar servicios de ingeniería y consultoría a medida para el sector corporativo e industrial.

Durante sus años de estudiante integró el Grupo de Investigación sobre Inteligencia Artificial (GISIA) de la facultad -actualmente dentro de la estructura del Centro de Investigación Aplicada en Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (Cinaptic)-, y también se desempeñó como becario en el Centro UTN Quimobi y en la Secretaría de Asuntos Universitarios.

En 2015 de adjudicó una beca del programa de intercambio UTN-DAAD (Servicio Alemán de Intercambio Académico), que le dio la posibilidad de realizar una estadía de 14 meses en Alemania, estudiando en la Universidad de Brunswick (Technische Universität Braunschweig), la universidad técnica más antigua de aquel país.

El acto de premiación tuvo lugar este lunes, en la sede de COPIME, en Buenos Aires, y Mauro Farías Guizelis concurrió acompañado por su familia y por Liliana Cuenca Pletsch, Secretaria Académica de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.

Desde 1999, Copime entrega cada año los premios “Consejo Profesional de Ingeniería Mecánica y Electricista”, destinados a los mejores egresados de carreras de grado de universidades nacionales y privadas autorizadas, en las ramas mecánica, electricista, higiene y seguridad, medio ambiente y especialidades afines.
