La víctima iba con otra mujer y una nena de 8 años.

Este lunes al mediodía, cerca de las 12.30, se produjo una fatalidad, cuando un colectivo de la Línea 104 atropelló y mató a una joven de 28 años, en Obligado y calle 12 (Goitia).

La Policía informó  que la unidad era conducida por un joven de 26 años, que atropelló a tres mujeres: una de 41 años, otra de 28 años, y una nena de 8.

La joven falleció a raíz de las lesiones sufridas, en tanto la menor y la mujer de 41 años resultaron con lesiones de consideración.

El colectivo circulaba por calle y al llegar al lugar de mención, por causas que se investigan, subió a la vereda y colisionó a las personas que se encontraban en la garita aguardando el ómnibus.

La menor de 8 años sería sobrina de la joven de 28 años que perdió la vida, y fue trasladada al Hospital Pediátrico donde le diagnosticaron “Politraumatismo” quedando en observaciones, a fin de realizarle placas y otros estudios. En tanto, la mujer de 41 años, fue trasladada por una ambulancia al Hospital Perrando, donde le diagnosticaron “TEC moderado, fractura fémur izquierdo y antebrazo izquierdo” con estado reservado.

Se dio conocimiento de esta información a la Fiscalía de Investigación Penal N° 13, que dispuso la intervención del Gabinete Científico para que realice las pericias en el lugar. En tanto, se iniciaron actuaciones judiciales caratuladas como “Supuesto homicidio con dolo eventual”, siendo el chofer del colectivo detenido y notificado de esa situación legal.

Testimonios de pasajeros y peatones que circulaban por esa zona al momento del accidente:

Una mujer, testigo del accidente ocurrido en la intersección de las calles Obligado y Calle 12, contó  lo ocurrido en el siniestro que terminó con la vida de una mujer de 28 años. «La señora estaba con dos criaturas, de 8 y 6 años, esperando la Línea 104. Ve que viene el colectivo, la chica empuja a las dos menores para que vayan para otro lado, el colectivo le agarra a ella y la mata en el momento», explicó.

La testigo contó sobre la gravedad de los hechos en donde sostuvo que «la chica que murió estaba en mi pie, escupió sangre y ahí quedo muerta». Al mismo tiempo, manifestó que la fallecida se encontraba embarazada.

l ser consultada por el estado de las otras personas que fueron embestidas por el colectivo, sostuvo que la otra señora terminó sobre la calle 12, y presentaba algunos golpes, pero que no especificó exactamente: «Quedo tendida en la calle y estaba golpeada». Mientras que los menores tenían «trauma emocional» pero físicamente bien.

 

Luego, se refirió al chofer del colectivo: «Una pasajera nos dijo que el chofer venía con el celular en la mano desde la calle 10». También, esa persona le contó que el conductor «iba a alta velocidad, encima en calle 10 bajó a un pasajero y siguió con el celular en la mano».

En esta línea, la mujer indignada relató lo que habría dicho el colectivero luego del accidente: «El colectivo paró y dijo que se le rompió la dirección». Y continuó diciendo: «si se te rompe la dirección vos seguís derecho, no podes frenar. Subió en la vereda de la calle 12 y de ahí siguió derecho por media cuadra más», subrayó.
